A Car Hits the Sonic Drive In in Columbus, KS

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office reports that a fast food drive in gets hit by a car.

The Sonic drive in at Maple Street and Minnesota Avenue in Columbus, Kansas, was hit on the left side of the building. According to Columbus Police, an individual hit a wrong pedal while pulling into a parking space. The restaurant is currently closed, but taking bids to reopen as soon as possible.

No one was injured in the incident.
