The city of Joplin hosts two public meetings today to gain input on redevelopment plans and talk about a proposed community memorial.
Last week the Joplin city manager and the Wallace-Bejjali Development Group unveiled plans for a 10 project list.
Included are a post grad facility, downtown renovations, and a trails network.
One of the biggest draws is a library-theater complex, which will be somewhere on 20th Street.
Today's meetings are in the city hall basement conference room from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and then again from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
