With trick-or-treaters heading out for Halloween here are a few safety tips:

 

  • Kids are excited and may forget traffic safety rules
  • Be cautious in areas where cars are parked alongside the street
  • Trick-or-treaters may suddenly dart into traffic from between parked cars
  • Be patient and slow down.
