Three arrested in burglary ring operating in three states

Updated January 23, 2013:  Lori Cupp-Block waived her right to a preliminary hearing.

Cupp-Block is charged with second degree burglary and receiving stolen property.

Her trial is scheduled to begin February 11.

Posted October 31, 2012:  Three suspects are arrested in Jasper and Newton Counties for what authorities say was a burglary ring operating in three states.

Jeremiah Block and Lori Cupp-Block of Duenweg and Jeramy Allison of Sarcoxie are charged with receiving stolen property and second degree burglary.

They all also face prior stolen property charges.

The stolen property is linked to burglaries in Jasper, Newton and Barton Counties in Missouri, Cherokee County in Kansas and Ottawa County in Oklahoma.

All three suspects will be in court in November.
