Joplin city manager honored by a national magazine

Joplin City Manager Mark Rohr was named one of eight Public Official's of the Year by Governing Magazine, which focuses on state and local governments in the U.S.

The magazine says Rohr has been instrumental in helping Joplin rebuild after last years tornado and Rohr says he is honored by this award but says Joplin's recovery is the result of collective efforts.
