A local Kansas farm extends it's hours to welcome adoptive families to celebrate Adoption Month.

A local Kansas farm extends it's hours to welcome adoptive families to celebrate Adoption Month.

Hickory Creek Farms in Mccune, Kansas opened its doors for about thirty people to enjoy family friendly activities on the property. This was only one event of many across the state of Kansas as part of the National Adoption Day movement.

Families enjoyed games, animals and other farm activities as well as mingling with fellow adoptive families.
