Delaware County Man Shot and Killed

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation confirms a Delaware County man was shot and killed.

It happened around 7:00PM Saturday evening. O.S.B.I. confirms 48 year old Alan Martin was shot and killed at South 530 Road in Leach. Investigators say Martin was at the residence to check on a relative, when the owner of the home shot him.

Delaware County sheriff's Office first responded to the scene.

No one has been arrested and the investigation is still ongoing.
