Bridal Show in Pittsburg offers Brides and Grooms Local Shopping

Those looking to tie the knot head to Pittsburg for a bridal show.

The second annual Pittsburg Bridal Show was held at the Meadowbrook Shopping center.. Complex. The event was free to the public.

Show organizer Lori Horton says that the turn out is great because brides and grooms love being able to get all of their wedding needs locally.

"The shop local movement really applies to everything and the local businesses are the ones that are supporting your local events parties, things like that so you're keeping those dollars within the community and in turn you're helping keep that community strong" says Horton.

Next years show will be the first Sunday of November inside the Pittsburg mall.
