Parsons children's museum receives $5,000

The Parsons Kiwanis Club has given $5,000 to the Curious Minds Discovery Zone children's museum in Parsons.

The money will help support the museum, which is designed to educated kids in the area of science.

The Kiwanis Club collected the money during service projects over the past year.
