Missouri American Water cited after man killed earlier this year by a chainsaw

Missouri American Water has been cited for two safety violations after a man was killed earlier this year by a chainsaw.

Robert Clark, 40 of Baxter Springs, was killed in May when the saw kicked back and cut him.

The citation and proposed penalties are for $140,000.
