Burger joint to return to Joplin's Northpark Mall

Updated:

A new burger joint prepares for opening day in Joplin.

Gold Crown Enterprises bought the old Greek in the Box location inside Northpark Mall and is currently remodeling it into a Burger King.

This will be the tenth restaurant located in the food court, however it's the only one that sells burgers.

Store owner Nirav Amin says they're looking to hire 20 to 25 employees.

"We want to employ a lot of people in the community, I know it's tough times but what we're trying to do out here is possibly get the community involved as much, get as many people as we can working out here and you know do the best we could to serve the community," says Amin.

If you're interested in applying you can stop by this table located in front of the fast food joint in the food court.

The store plans on opening Black Friday.
