Hundreds gather waving flags in support of our military for the 25th annual Veterans Day Parade.
Tractors with floats, hot rods and even cute dogs dressed up for the occasion.
Patriotic music helped parade goers travel through downtown Joplin to enjoy the site, honoring our active duty service members and veterans.
Amanda Johnson is a member of the Stang Gang mustang club and says honoring those who have fought for our freedom should be done everyday.
"I come from a military family, my father served during Vietnam and put in 25 years of service and my grandfather was a world war two veteran so I feel that it is very important to honor the people that gave us our freedom" says Johnson.
"It's nice to hear, you know you don't hear it a lot but every time we hear it, it's nice to hear" says veteran Stephen Kimmel.
The KOAM and Fox 14 float was also in the parade, featuring flags from all of the branches of the United State Military.
