Nevada woman dies from injuries caused in weekend crash

Constance S. Allard, 65 of Nevada, died as a result of injuries from a crash on Saturday.

The Joplin Police Department says they were contacted Saturday at 1:30 p.m. about a crash at 32nd Street and Stephens Boulevard.

A truck attempting to turn north onto Stephens Boulevard turned in front of a car traveling west on 32nd Street.

Allard was a passenger in the car.

Neither of the drivers were taken to the hospital.

The Joplin Police Department Major Crash Team is still investigating the incident.
