Kickin Chicken Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese softened (room temperature)
2 cans Swanson white premium chunk chicken breasts
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Frank's hot sauce (1 cup to make spicier)
1 cup blue cheese (or ranch if preferred)
Directions:
Mix everything together, put in a casserole dish, bake at 350 for 45 minutes. stirring twice.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Always Wanting More Cheesy Green Beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs Velveeta cheese
8 cans green beans
Drain green beans and put in baking dish.
Melt soup and cheese.
Pour over green beans and microwave for 8-12 min at 4 minute intervals, stirring every 4 minutes.
Never Enough Candied Sweet Potatoes
4 sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 bag marshmallows
1/3 cup brown sugar
Peel, quarter, and boil sweet potatoes until soft. Combine potatoes with other ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows melt.
Turkey Day Bahn Mi
Pickle ingredients:
1/2 lb of shredded carrots
1/2 lb of shredded radish
3 cups warm water
3 tbs rice vinegar
2-3 tbs sugar and salt (add to taste)
Directions: combine all ingredients in bowl, let marinate for 1 hour.
Meatball ingredients:
1lb of ground turkey
1 diced green onion
Directions: combine ingredients, roll into 1 inch balls and fry in skillet lined with veggie oil on medium heat untill cooked thoroughly
Dressing ingredients:
2/3 cup mayo
Sriracha (amount of Sriracha depends on how spicy you want the dressing)
Add ingredients to bun/roll of choice add fresh cilantro and serve.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Prep: 15 min. Bake: 45 min. + cooling
Ingredients (crust)
•1 cup all-purpose flour
•1/3 cup packed brown sugar
•5 tablespoons cold butter
•1 cup finely chopped Pecans or Black Walnuts (optional)
Directions
•In a large bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts; set aside 3/4 cup for topping.
•Press crumb mixture into a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
Ingredients (filling)
•1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
•3/4 cup sugar
•1/2 cup canned pumpkin
•2 eggs
•1 teaspoon vanilla
•1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
•1 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
•In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and allspice. Pour over crust.
•Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
•Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
Yield: 16 bars.
Very Cherry Jello-O Salad
1/2 c. water
2 packages of Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 can cherries (well drained)
1 can Cherry Coke
Drain pineapples and cherries for 30 minutes. Boil water and add Jell-O mix. Mix in pineapples and cherries. Turn off stove and add Cherry Coke. Stir well. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours.
