PHOENIX, May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Viad Corp (NYSE:VVI) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the common stock. The dividend is payable July 1, 2013, to stockholders of record June 7, 2013.
