Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sour cream
- 1/2 cup soy cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil, julienne
Directions
- Combine in mixing bowl soy sour cream, soy cream cheese, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, green onion and basil.
- Chill to blend flavors.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
Makes about 3 cups.
