The winner of a $1 million PowerBall ticket in Joplin steps out.
Terri Bullard, 52, bought the ticket at a South Range Line Casey's General Store in Joplin.
The drawing was held a few weeks ago and Bullard told Missouri lottery officials she had a "significant amount of those numbers".
Bullard says she doesn't normally play and "you can't win if you don't play".
She currently has no plans for the money.
Her ticket was one of two winning tickets purchased in Missouri. The other was purchased in Kansas City.
