Joplin Rotary donates to area organizations

Four Joplin organizations each received $1,000 donations from a Rotary Club today.

The Joplin Daybreak Rotary Club awarded its annual Community Christmas Grants to the Bill and Virginia Leffen Center for Autism, Community Support Services, Lafayette House and the Joplin Ronald McDonald House.

Those checks were presented at a presentation today.

The Joplin Rotary is also donating $1,000 to two Rotary organizations in areas affected by the Sandy Superstorm.
