Bartlesville High School student caught for Planned Shooting

Updated:

Here in the four states a Bartlesville High School student is arrested on charges that he plotted to round up students in the school auditorium to shoot.

An arrest affidavit indicates 18 year old Sammie Chavez tried to convince other students to help him lure classmates to the auditorium, chain the doors and start shooting.

Police report Chavez planned to detonate bombs at the doors as police arrived.

He's currently being held on $1,000,000 bond.

Police are searching Chavez's home for weapons, but they say they haven't found anything at this time.
