Santa delivered Christmas presents to patients in Freeman Hospital West's Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit today.
The youngsters also had their photo taken with Santa.
The event was put together by the Children's Miracle Network. Organizers say it's just nice to bring a little joy to the kids and their families.
"It seems like a little thing, a teddy bear, a blanket and a book, and Santa Claus, but it's a huge thing to these families and it is a blessing to be a part of that and just to get to witness the joy on their faces," says Edie Ingram, the Program Manager for Children's Miracle Network.
Freeman's NICU provides specialized healthcare using state-of-the-art technology to treat premature and critically ill infants.
