Oklahoma residents struggling to keep their homes may be eligible for free legal services.
The Oklahoma Attorney General's Office and Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma have teamed up to provide free legal help for homeowners facing foreclosure and other mortgage issues.
The free services are provided by a grant from the attorney general's Oklahoma Mortgage Settlement Fund.
Oklahomans with lower incomes or seniors should contact Legal Aid Services to determine if they qualify for income-based assistance.
Homeowners who do not qualify can apply for a voucher for up to $5,000 in legal services.
