Joplin police confiscate five pounds of marijuana in search

News release from the Joplin Police Department

On 01-17-13 at 1500 hrs Joplin Narcotic Officers and Jasper County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at 1122 Roosevelt in Joplin. Officers recovered 5 lbs of Marijuana along with a Handgun and Drug Paraphernalia. One adult suspect was arrested at the scene and felony charges are pending with Jasper County.
