8 calves stolen from Lawrence County farm; 2nd cattle theft in a week

Updated January 23, 2013 at 1:00 PM CST:  Authorities say eight calves were taken overnight from a Lawrence County farm.

The theft has the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office again asking for help.

Last week 27 head of cattle were taken from a different farm.

If you have any information or notice any suspicious activity around cattle areas call the sheriff's office at 417-466-2131.

Posted January 21, 2013 at 4:40 PM CST:  The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office is asking for your help in the theft of 27 head of cattle from a farm in the Marionville, Missouri area.

The theft was reported on Friday and deputies say two white steers and 25 black steers were stolen.
