City of Parsons website to get a makeover

The website for the City of Parsons will get a makeover from a leading government website developer.

Parsons, Kansas was one of 12 communities in the United States to win the 2012 Extreme Website Makeover Contest.

CivicPlus will now build Parsons a state of the art government website, show the city how to get more traffic to the website and provide three days training.

The Parsons public information officer nominated the city because the current website is using technology dating back more than seven years ago.
