
News release issued by Jasper County Sheriff's Office:
At approximately 7:15 a.m. this morning, Jasper County Sheriff's Deputies responded to 1252 Pumpkin Lane in Jasper County in response to an emergency DFS investigation.
Deputies located a "shake and bake" meth lab inside the residence with finished product, several baggies with residue, a spoon with meth in it, pills, syringes and marijuana.
The Jasper County Drug Task Force responded to do a cleanup.
Arrested:
Tosha D. Lafleur, 33
Mark A. Lawson, 32
David L. Davis, 38 (all 3 resided at the address)
All were transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. Paperwork for the charges of:
Manufacturing a Controlled Substance
Distribution of a Controlled Substance
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Endangering the Welfare of a Child
were sent to the Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's Office on all three.
There was an 18 month old child in the residence.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
