Webb City man wins $100,000 in Missouri Lottery

News release from the Missouri Lottery:

A Webb City man claimed a $100,000 prize on a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket. Vasilios Voutiritsas, 52, bought the winning "$1,000,000 Classic Cash" Scratchers ticket at Fastrip, 1525 S. Madison St. in Webb City, on Jan. 17. He claimed his $100,000 prize at the Springfield Lottery office the following day.

"$1,000,000 Classic Cash" is a $10 game that officially began Jan. 2. Voutiritsas is the second player to win a second-level prize in the game. The game features four top prizes of $1 million.
