The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the person or persons who killed a man in Delaware County more than a year ago.

In January of last year authorities found Phillip Porter dead inside his motor home in Grove, Oklahoma with his throat slashed.

The OSBI initially ruled his death a suicide but authorities later launched a homicide investigation and are now treating it as such.

If you have any information call the OSBI Tipline at 1-800-522-8017.
