2-3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled chopped
1 Head Iceberg lettuce
Spinach, or other lettuce if desired
2 Bunches Green onions
2 Carrots, peeled and diced
2 Stalks celery, diced
Asian dressing (Recipe follows)
Wash lettuce, shred into bite size pieces. Toss all ingredients together. Add dressing to individual servings to keep salad crisp.
1 Cup light vegetable oil
1/3 Cup rice vinegar
1/3 Cup soy sauce
1-2 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
1-2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
2 Tbsp sugar
Mix together well and enjoy on salad.

1 cup margarine 1 cup granulated sugar ½ brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups soy flour blend 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup dried cherries 1 cup vanilla yogurt baking chips Combine in large bowl margarine and sugars and cream until well blended.
