Carl Junction man gets 25 years for receiving child porn

A Carl Junction man plead guilty today to receiving child pornography over the Internet.

James Hagerman, 50, told authorities he had about a thousand child porn videos on his computer after an investigation by the Southwest Missouri Cybercrimes Task Force identified Hagermans computer as sharing files of child porn through a file sharing program.

Under the plea agreement Hagerman will serve 25 years in prison without parole.
