Joplin Little Theater performs That's Amore'

Updated:

The Joplin Little Theater hosts a Valentines performance to remember.

That's Amore' featured music from Dean Martin. The 234 seat theater was sold out, raising more than $2,300 dollars.

Money raised will go towards operating expenses like electricty and other utilities

Board member Cecie Fritz says all of the performances are fundraiser's and that money raised is needed to pay for operating expenses like electricity and other utilities.

"The great things about this of course is that it is all volunteer all of these people have volunteered their time and talents and they get up there and love to do it and that's what keeps us coming back" says Fritz.

The cast was made up of about 25 members.

The theaters next performance will be Godspell on March 20th through the 24th.
