PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) today announced that the record date for its recently declared regular quarterly dividend of 13.5 cents per share payable on April 18, 2013, has been changed. The new record date is the close of business on March 28, 2013.
