Unity in the Community - KOAM TV 7

Unity in the Community, a service to honor diversity in the church for black history month, was held at Ozark Christian College. Several area churches got together and danced and sang to music.

College heights Christian Church Community Outreach Director Jay St.Clair says it's important to celebrate America's history and how diverse we are.

"It's basically a celebration of the diversity of the body of Jesus Christ especially celebrating the color that we have, African American, Caucasian, Hispanic, we just want to come together because we believe there is power in unity" says St. Clair.

St. Clair also says the churches hope to get together again next year.
