SPECIAL REPORT - Teen Texting

Updated: Feb 27, 2013

"Like many I am guilty of texting and driving.  This assignment has given me lots of insight and I can say I haven't or won't be caught texting and driving ever again." - KOAM Reporter Jehan Sheikh

In Kansas, text messaging is outlawed for all drivers.  In Missouri, text messaging is illegal for drivers under the age of 21.  And in Oklahoma a ban is currently in place for teen drivers only.
