In Kansas, text messaging is outlawed for all drivers. In Missouri, text messaging is illegal for drivers under the age of 21. And in Oklahoma a ban is currently in place for teen drivers only.

Meet Cindy Brown and her 11 year old son, Jeremy. While Jeremy is a few years away from driving age he knows texting and driving can result in a fatal accident. To help his mom keep from texting behind the wheel he has come up with a plan.
