Wood Tech Company Day held at Pittsburg State

Updated:

Pittsburg State's College of Technology was host to Wood Tech Company Day on Friday.

The event showcases companies from across the country, showing off some interesting products.  Some companies also came to PSU to recruit students.

"With a thing such as a wood technology degree we often get asked 'what do people do with that?' and this day helps explain that to students, then they see it first hand from these companies," says Wood Technology Coordinator Doug Hague.

Companies from the Four State area as well as New Jersey, Texas, Utah and Virginia were at the event.
