Minor injuries in crash south of Pittsburg

Two individuals received minor injuries in a collision south of Pittsburg just before 8 a.m. Thursday morning.

The Crawford County Sheriff's Office says Alexa Keller, of rural Pittsburg, was southbound on US 69 about two miles south of Pittsburg.  They say Keller's attention was diverted and she didn't notice a vehicle driven by Jena Wood, of Arma, had stopped in front of her.

Keller was unable to stop her vehicle in time and her car struck Wood's vehicle.

The sheriff's office says Keller received minor injuries but refused transport; and, Wood received minor injuries and was transported to the Pittsburg hospital.
