Carthage students will have an easier time paying for a college education at Crowder College.
Through a partnership between the Carthage School District and Crowder students in high school will be able to earn college credits. Students will be able to receive an associates degree at the same time they graduate high school.
"We won't pretend it's going to be easy, it'll be difficult," says Crowder College President Alan Marble. "But as the governor said, if you work hard, play by the rules, and stick with it, you can accomplish most anything, and I think that's what we are setting up today here."
Students will be able to take advantage of the program in August.
