Walk With A Doc

Patients have a chance to interacting with their doctor's outside of the office, in a more comfortable setting.

The goal of Freeman Health System's"Walk With A Doc" event. The group gathered at the George Washington Carver Memorial for a one mile walk, where people could ask Freeman doctors questions about their health.

This was the first walk for the group. One doctor hopes this walk's turnout will bring more people out to the second.

"It's open up to anyone, of all ages and all fitness levels. The walk is at your own pace, so you can come and enjoy and go as slow as you want or as fast as you want" says Angela Langer

Freeman officials hope to have several more walks throughout the spring and summer.
