A group gets together for a tennis play day in Joplin.
The Community Support Services of Missouri held a fun free day of tennis instructions.
C.S.S. offers supportive programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities, special health and mental needs and in home assistance U.S Tennis Association officials demonstrated skills before teaching them.
"Everybody's enthused and they're willing to learn and you can tell it's something new for a lot of them but most of them are really enjoying it and Annie Clarkson who runs the program is doing a great job with retention and an on going program for them" says Diversity Manager Fred Johnson.
Community Support Services plans to host "Tee Time" on Saturday March 30th.
It will be held at the center and all ages with all abilities are welcome to attend.
