McDonalds Fire in Cassville, MO

A fast food restaurant in Cassville Missouri burns down and is deemed a total loss.

According to the Cassville Fire Department, people saw smoke coming from the roof of McDonalds around 11:00 AM Sunday morning. About 30 people inside were evacuated. Exeter, Butterfield and Monett fire crews responded to the scene.

The McDonalds was being renovated and was planning to have a grand reopening March 30th.

The Missouri State Fire Marshals office is still investigating the cause of the fire.
