Community Services joined Empire State Purchasing Group on February 27, 2013 providing its vendors with convenient access to bid information for Community Services and all other participating New York government agencies on the system. In addition to Empire State Purchasing Group, IPT by BidNet manages 15 government purchasing groups throughout the country providing over 800 local government agencies a purchasing and vendor management solution.
