Man dies in Single Vehicle Crash

A single vehicle crash left a 21 year old man dead.

Kolter Delange was driving on Kansas highway 146, 4 miles east of Walnut when his Dodge truck left the road and overturned into the south ditch.

Delange who's from Girard was not wearing a seatbelt
