Lawsuit filed against excavator who hit underground gas lines in Joplin

Updated:

A lawsuit has been filed against DTS Brokerage & Development and Pinnacle Plumbing out of Arkansas.  The Missouri Attorney General says they violated the state's "One Call" law in Joplin.

The companies were working together while doing excavating work for two residential locations in Joplin.

The lawsuit says they called into "One Call" twice but gave the wrong location for digging.  In both instances Pinnacle Plumbing hit underground gas lines.
