Fundraiser Held for Men Injured in Crash

Updated:

A dinner and silent auction is held for two families injured in a car accident near Nevada.

The fundraiser is held at Lucky J Steakhouse and Arena, for the families of Andrew Heese and Daniel Castor.

The two were injured when the car driven by Castor went out of control on I-49 heading down an embankment and overturning.

7 year old Landree Heese was killed in the crash.

"We prayed about it from the moment it started, I know that god has been involved the whole time and I know without him none of it would of happened, I organized the event but I really didn't have to do anything, it just came together all by itself and everybody has been amazing" says organizer Tricia Charleston.

Money raised was split evenly between the two families.
