Neosho's Car & Bike Cruise Night to be held Saturday, May 4th

NEOSHO, MO – The Downtown Events Committee of the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce invites car and bike enthusiasts to attend Neosho's Car & Bike Cruise Night this Saturday, May 4th from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Neosho's Historic Downtown Square.

There will be a live DJ – "Sound Dynamics", door prizes, car spotlights, 50/50 drawing, and a lot of fun for everyone.  There is no entry fee and all registered entries will receive dash plaques sponsored by Stouffer Communications.  Concessions will be available to purchase from the Neosho Rotary Club.  Cars and Bikes are asked to enter the square on the northwest corner with registration beginning at 2:30 p.m.

The Neosho Arts Council will host their Herman Jaeger Festival April 26th – May 5th in Downtown Neosho.  There will be a lot of activities for the entire family:  The "Herman Jaeger, Master of the Vineyard" Exhibit – April 26th – May 4th from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at The Civic – Free; Food & Wine Pairing Dinner – Saturday, April 27th at 6:30 p.m. at The Civic (advance tickets only – $50 per person); Artists painting around Neosho April 28th – 30th; Evening of Jazz on Tuesday, April 30th at The Civic (general admission for balcony seating is $5 (please call the Crowder College Foundation at (417) 455-5646; "ArtSquared" Spring Art Show & Sale, Friday, May 3rd from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 4th from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at The Civic - Free; Boulevard Bank Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest on Saturday, May 4th from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 4th at 8:00 a.m. at Morse Park; "Jaegerfest" Concert starring WALRUS (Classis Rock of the Four States) on Saturday, May 4th at 7:00 p.m. at The Civic – tickets - $5.00; "Wine in the Garden" – Sunday, May 5th at 5:00 p.m. (advance tickets only - $25).  For more information, visit their website atwww.neoshoarts.org or email John Mills at johnmills@sbcglobal.net

Bentonville, Arkansas and Poplar Bluff, Missouri will have the organizations that connect businesses, faith based groups and service partners to work with school districts to meet students needs including personal items like shoes to school supplies. Bentonville school district serves 15,000 students while Poplar Bluff serves 5,200 students.More >>
