International festival held at Crowder College

Updated:

Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri held an international festival on Wednesday.  About 20 countries were represented at the festival.

Students from the different countries displayed presentations with info from their country, dressed up in traditional clothing, danced and some even sang.

"This is great because people learn about us everyday," says Esther Aidelomon, President of the International Club at Crowder College.  "I might do something now and they are like, 'why did she just do that?' and I'm like, 'oh sorry, we do that in my country'.  So today is like people want to know and we're proud of that, people want to know about us."

International students from Missouri Southern and Crowder College also took part in the international soccer game.
