Coal buckets are in for Pittsburg Art Fest

It took longer than expected, but 26 giant coal buckets are now in Pittsburg for artists to prepare for this year's Art Fest.

Pittsburg Art Fest Chair Steve Robb says in a statement released to the press that the new manufacturer got the buckets to them in 35 days, which will give the artists four weeks to complete their work.

Robb also says they are looking at legal action against the original manufacturer of the coal buckets, which still have not come in, and that delay is why they had to push back the Art Fest festival.

"There is a good possibility he has committed wire fraud," Robb says.  "He still insists he will deliver coal buckets, but gives no indication of how many days, weeks or months that might be.
