BBQ Greens, Beans & Sausage Recipe

BBQ GREENS, BEANS & SAUSAGE

8-9 ounces sausage/bratwurst links
2 15-ounce cans great northern beans, rinsed
4 cups greens (any will do - spinach, radish, turnip, collard, etc.)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup low-sodium barbecue sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, cook until soft. Add greens, cook until wilted (3-5 minutes). Add sausage/bratwurst, cut into pieces, and cook until brown (3-5 minutes). Reduce heat to medium-low; add beans and sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes longer.
