Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce Invites You to Attend "Cinema in The Park"

The Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce would like to invite the public to the "Cinema in the Park" on Friday, June 21st at Big Spring Park.

Step back in time and enjoy a free movie! We will be showing "Mirror Mirror" at dark. Bring your own seating. A concession stand will be on site provided by Soroptimist International of Neosho.

It's a wonderful way to enjoy a summer night! Invite your family and friends!

The movie is being sponsored by Newton County Abstract & Title Company, Southwest Missouri Bank and Swift, Cooper & Graham. Special thanks to Steven York and Laura Mills and the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce.

    Two cycling events both follow Route 66. As the Oklahoma Freewheel comes to a close, the Big Bam Ride begins in Joplin.  After riding 425 miles across Oklahoma and Kansas, roughly five hundred cyclists will be departing on a five-day cycling tour  along historic route 66  for the Big Bam ride.

    GOP Candidates for governor in Kansas took part in a debate and forum in Parsons Saturday night. During the event a straw poll was conducted. Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach was a clear leader with 51% of the straw poll votes.
