40th Annual Ernte-Fest - August 16 & 17 in Freistatt, Mo.

The 40th Annual Ernte-Fest is scheduled for Friday August 17 and Saturday August 17 sponsored by the Freistatt Lions in Freistatt, Missouri.

New this year are carnival rides from the Monett Jaycees, as well as other children entertainment and Bingo.

Dinners are $8 for adults and $5 for children and include bratwurst, sauerkraut and German potato salad.

There is a $3 parking fee.

You must be 21 or older to enter the Bier Garten, which has a $3 admission - a valid picture ID is required.  Designate a driver and enjoy the evening.
