Fatal crash in Allen County

Kansas Highway Patrol confirms one person has died in a car crash in Allen County, Kansas on Saturday.  The wreck occurred at 12:20pm, one mile north of Moran, Kansas on Highway 59 at milepost 78.3. The victim, 58 year old Daniel Joseph Heimerman of Hutchinson, Kansas was killed in the crash when a dump truck hit his truck and push it into the South bound lane. Heimerman then hit a third vehicle, injuring the driver.
